At Theo Ai, we embrace the following principles regarding process and data:

Ai should not be a “black box.” We strive to provide customers with information regarding the databases searched in our process of receiving information for our Data Model.

We recognize the importance of client confidentiality in the legal field. Any data used for training our data model will be anonymized and collected on an opt-out basis.

Our proprietary algorithms are designed for the specific purpose of optimizing the accuracy of our predictions of the dispute fact patterns submitted. We will guard against and remedy unintentional algorithmic bias in our process.

We believe in using Ai as a responsible tool to benefit society and comply with the Guidelines relating to risk issued by the European Union in its Ai Directive.
